All common areas, corridors and stairways are sanitized with special care three times during the day.
Hand sanitizing stations are installed in all common areas and near the entrances of the hotel.
In the air handling unit of our wellness area the modernest UV-C disinfection system has been installed continuously providing fresh virus-free air.
Air handling units in all common areas have been disinfected.
Before the arrival of each guests, rooms are cleaned with disinfectant cleaners.
Our water supply system has also been thoroughly disinfected.
In the hotel rooms and public restrooms disinfectant foam soap and liquid soap are provided.
Reception
We place hand sanitizer gel at the reception to be used by our guests.
Key cards are sanitized after the departure of each guests.
We kindly ask our guests to settle up their bills the day before their departure, so the lobby do not get busy in the morning hours.
Wellness Oasis
Water circulation system is operating in all our pools and their water is constantly disinfected with chlorine.
In order to preserve hygiene every day from 12.00 p.m. to 1 p.m. we perform a complete process of cleaning and disinfection in our wellness area. During the cleaning break guests cannot stay at the wellness area.
In the air handling unit of our wellness area the modernest UV-C disinfection system has been installed, that continuously provides fresh virus-free air.
During the closing we have processed all the compulsory maintenance works including changing pool water and pool filter sand, engineering reconstructions, complete disinfection.
Floor coverings have been refreshed and slip resistance of walkway surfaces has been improved.
With new cleaning and scrubbing machines floors in the wellness area can be completely cleaned during the opening hours maintaining constant disinfected environment to our guests.
We comply with the regulations concerning the chemical treatment of water in our water-circulated pools and they are continuously monitored in accordance with the relevant instructions of NKK (National Institute of Health of Hungary).
Hand sanitizing station is installed at the entrance of the wellness centre. Hand sanitizer is provided in all public restrooms and at the wellness bar.
Sunbeds are set up in a safe distance from each other and disinfected after use.
Services of our wellness area including massage, pedicure-manicure and beauty-shop are available with paying attention to the general safety protocols.
Rails, bars, counters, restrooms and saunas are continually disinfected, chairs and sunbeds are disinfected after each use.
We pay high attention to make obligatory safety rules kept by all of our guests including wearing slippers, having shower before and after swimming and using the foot wash.
Water quality is monitored in every 2 hours (level of chlorine, PH, temperature, cloudiness, operation of automatic pool chemical dispenser).
Catering
Our restaurants and bars are sanitized and aired several times a day.
Air handling units and air conditioning systems are sanitized on a regular basis.
Tablecloths have been replaced by paper placemats. Chairs and tables are sanitized after each use.
In our kitchens countertops and appliances are sanitized at least three times a day.
In our Lobby bar we do a complete sanitizing cleaning three times a day, countertops, chairs and tables are sanitized several times during the day.
Kid’s playroom and gaming room
Kid’s playroom is sanitized and aired several times a day on a regular basis.
In order to preserve hygiene every day from 12.30 p.m. to 13.30 p.m. we perform a complete process of cleaning and disinfection in the playroom. During the cleaning break guests cannot stay at the playroom.
Air handling units and air conditioning systems are sanitized on a regular basis.
Castle Bath
All the facilities and services of the Castle Bath are available (50-m swimming pool, wave pool, water slide pool, chlidren’s water paradise, thermal pools, Aquapalota).
Fitness
Fitness machines are sanitized several times a day.
We kindly ask our guests to sanitize the machines before and after using them with the sanitizer provided.
What we ask from our guests:
Please visit our hotel only when feeling healthy!
Please use the santizing station installed at the entrance of the hotel and keep on sanitizing your hands on a regular basis while your stay at the hotel.
We recommend only one person of the family/company/group to deal with administration during personal check-in.
Before and after swimming or bathing taking a thorough soapy shower is highly recommended.
In the pools eating and drinking are strictly prohibited.
The pools can be used only in suitable bathing suit.
In the wellness area slippers must be worn.
Children who are not yet toilet trained are supposed to wear swim diapers in the pools.
In the kid’s pool adults are not allowed to stay.
