PRICES

In addition to the accommodation fee, a tourism tax must be paid (for guests over the age of 18). Additional costs may include parking, any consumption beyond the included full board, and fees for other optional services. All of these are to be paid at the reception upon departure.
Our hotel offers two guarded parking options: the courtyard parking, closed at night, costs 2000 HUF / night, and the covered underground garage costs 2300 HUF / night. These are available in limited numbers, so a prior reservation by phone is required.
If the hotel's own parking is no longer available, parking will be on Part Street, in front of the hotel. In this case, we provide a daily parking ticket at the reception (2050 HUF / night), which must be placed visibly on the windshield.
Accommodation and meals are completely free for children under the age of 1. After the child turns 1, a fee is charged even if a baby cot or extra bed is not required, as the fee primarily covers meals and the use of hotel services.
The arcade machines (located both in the game room and in the Körös Garden) are operated by an external provider and work with coins — their use is not free of charge. You can exchange money at the reception, but unfortunately, the cost cannot be charged to your room.

IMPORTANT HOURS

To ensure proper cleaning and disinfection, rooms can only be guaranteed from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, lunch — which is included in all our packages — can be enjoyed. During this time, our luggage room is available free of charge, subject to limited availability.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 AM.
This depends on the occupancy level for the given day. If another guest is scheduled to arrive in the room, we cannot provide a room extension. If the room is available, we can offer late check-out until 3:00 PM. The fee is +10,000 HUF per person for adults and children over 12, and +5,000 HUF per person for children under 12. Please inquire at the reception for availability.
Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Lunch: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Dinner: 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM

MEALS

All of our promotional packages include full board. On the day of arrival, the first lunch can be enjoyed between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, and the first dinner between 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
On the day of departure, breakfast is available between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
The breakfast buffet includes traditional morning beverages such as water, tea, coffee, fruit juice, and milk. At lunch and dinner, drinks can be ordered separately from the waitstaff for an additional charge.

BOOKING

Direct bookings can be made through our hotel’s website. If the date or price is uncertain, you can request an offer via the website or by phone. Our colleagues are available on working days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Our hotel only offers weekend stays as a complete package, meaning Friday and Saturday nights can only be booked together. Therefore, arrival or departure on a Saturday is not possible.

Accommodating more guests in the rooms is not allowed, even if, for example, a child does not require an extra bed — this is due to safety regulations.

Our Superior rooms and Deluxe suites have a balcony.
Bathtubs are available in the Deluxe Suites and in two of the Junior Suites.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire hotel, including on the room balconies. It is only allowed in designated smoking areas.

PAYMENT

Yes, payment methods can be combined without any problem, by card or/and by cash in forinti.

CHILDREN

You must notify the hotel reception at least 24 hours in advance. Childcare is available in-room for children over 2 years old, at a rate of 2500 HUF per hour (minimum 2 hours).
Of course, this can happen at any time. In such cases, please notify our sales colleagues by phone as soon as possible, as we cannot accommodate sick guests. Although cancellations are not possible within the cancellation period, the deposit will not be lost — it can be used within the next 6 months.
Please inform the reception staff as soon as possible — they will assist you in reaching the local on-call medical service.
Momó, the mascot of the playhouse, visits the children at our Csigakert Playhouse every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and on Saturday mornings from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM. In addition, every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, we welcome kids to the MINIDISCO.
An in-room kettle is only available in the suites. Classic and Superior rooms do not have water boiling facilities, and due to fire safety regulations, guests are not allowed to bring their own. For this reason, we have set up a 24/7 Baby-Mama Kitchen on the 3rd floor, where a kettle and microwave are always available.

WELLNESS

The Wellness Oasis located on the ground floor of the hotel is available free of charge for our hotel guests.
Our standard package prices do not include the Castle Bath entrance ticket. Tickets can be purchased at our hotel reception at the same price as the daily rate posted at the Castle Bath ticket office (we sell a single adult ticket). However, our ticket allows two entries per day, so guests can also enjoy a wellness lunch, which is included in the full board package, at the hotel.

OTHER

Of course, we can provide a special diet during your stay. Please contact our hotel, about a week before your arrival at +36/66 463 522. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide vegan meals.
In the room, we provide towels (both for the room and for wellness), bathrobes (including children's sizes), and bathroom amenities. Upon request, we offer baby bedding, crib protectors, baby bathtubs, potty trainers, potties, step stools, changing tables, and diaper bins free of charge. For an additional fee, we offer strollers, tricycles, balance bikes, bicycles (adult, with child seat), diapers, swim diapers, pacifiers, baby food, and baby bottles.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.
WiFi is available throughout the entire hotel.
We offer various preparation options. We can arrange drinks or flowers in the room. Additionally, for dinner, we can order a birthday cake from our partner, the Kézműves Patisserie. For details about flavors and prices, our sales team can provide information. If you wish to order a cake, please contact us by phone a few days before arrival.

If you notice that something is missing after you have left, please call our sales team, who will check if the item was left in the room. If we find the item you are looking for, we can send it to you by mail with cash on delivery.
