Definition of the Loyalty Program
Our Loyalty Program was created to reward the loyalty of individual guests who choose us multiple times and return to stay with us several times a year.
The program includes four levels: Registration (Start) Level – Classic Level – Superior Level – Deluxe Level. Each level offers unique benefits and discounts, which increase and improve as you advance through the levels.
Who can join the Loyalty Program?
Anyone who wishes to enjoy discounted stays at our hotel and benefit from the additional advantages of the program in the future. Joining the Loyalty Program is free of any obligation and only requires registration (name, email address, and confirmation of registration).
What are the benefits of joining?
- By providing your data, you become eligible for personalized offers.
- Exclusive promotions – special offers for loyalty members.
- After just 5 nights (starting from the Classic level), you will receive a 5% discount on your next booking.
Personalized Loyalty Account
- Your loyalty account is automatically created when you register with your name, email address, and password.
- The password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one uppercase letter and one number.
- If you forget your password, we will send an email to your registered email address to allow you to reset it.
- Upon logging in, your registered details, current loyalty level, and available points will be visible.
- You can modify your data at any time.
- The account displays past offers and bookings, as well as the total value of all reservations.
- Occasionally, personalized promotional offers will be available in the account. The system will send notifications about these offers. If you prefer not to receive these notifications, you can unsubscribe via a toggle in your account.
Loyalty Program Levels
START Level
- This is the registration level, which creates your loyalty account.
- Access to exclusive offers available only to loyalty members.
CLASSIC Level
- Requires a minimum of 5 nights stayed.
- 5% discount on the total value of your booking.
SUPERIOR Level
- Requires a minimum of 10 nights stayed.
- 10% discount on the total value of your booking.
DELUXE Level
- Requires a minimum of 20 nights stayed.
- 15% discount on the total value of your booking.
Validity of the Loyalty Program
- Registration is valid for an indefinite period.
- Guests can request to leave the program at any time, and a confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours.
Termination of Membership
- If the guest has not used their account for at least 2 years (no point accumulation or redemption),
- If the guest does not consent to the processing of their personal data.
Other Terms
- Wellness Hotel Gyula reserves the right to modify the benefits, discounts, and extra services associated with the program levels. Members will be notified of such changes.
- The Loyalty discount is only available for bookings and nights booked by our own website.
- Wellness Hotel Gyula reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the loyalty program, with written notice to members 30 days in advance. After the 30-day period, points can no longer be accumulated, but any existing points may be used for another 365 days.
- Only one loyalty account’s points may be used per booking. Points from multiple accounts cannot be combined.
