The rules go for the whole area of the Wellness Oasis. In case of breaking the rules, the hotel’s management refuses to accept responsibility and lay claim to ask for compensation of the damage caused. The entering the Wellness Oasis is only allowed with a valid ticket or pass, which you can buy at the reception of the hotel. With buying the ticket or pass, the guests accept the rules of the Wellness Oasis. This daily ticket gives right to enter the Welness Oasis only on one appointed day, Using the Wellness Oasis is provided for the guests of the hotel in opening time.
The Welness Oasis is avaible only for your own risk!
Opening hours: seven days a week 08:30 – 21:00 which can be changed by the management in justified
case (for example in case of technical error).
The permissible daily load of the Wellness Oasis in opening time can be 140 people / day. The management of the hotel refuses responsibility for objects leaving without care.
Nobody may enter the pool area in outdoor shoes. Wearing slippers is suggested because of the slippery floor. Don’t enter the pool with dirty body. Before entering the pool you have to take a shower and wash your feet. By sex segregate is avaible in the dressing rooms.
To stay in the pools is allowed only in swimsuit. Using deep water is not allowed if you can’t swim. Jumping into the water from the edge of the pool is forbidden.
Children under 10 and those who can not swim could use the facilities of the Wellness Oasis with adult permission and supervision. Using a waterproof diaper is a must in need. Adults must not use the kids’ pool except for supervising children.

In the wellness area and its tooms you must not smoke, litter, make noise or take any fragile objects into the pool which can cause injury. You must not use detergents, soap, sanitary pad, shampoo in the pool or pollute it by any ways; moreover disturb the bathers and their health or do any offence against public morality. You must not enter the changing room of the other sex.
The hotel staff (recepcionist, lifeguard) is responsible for keeping the order of the Wellness Oasis. The lifeguard and recepcionist in duty is entitled to call you to order or order you out of Wellness Oasis in case of commuting moral offence.
Every guest has to keep the instructions ang guaidance of the staff.
The longest recommended time to spend in the massage pool is maximum 30 minutes.
You can use the sauna, steam cabin and infra cabin according to the displayed instructions and can do it on your own responsibility. You can use the sauna in suitable clothing (swimsuit, towel). Aroma oil can be moderately used with regard to other guests. Jewellery and glasses must not be used in the sauna as it can cause burns.
Using sauna is not recommended in the case of hearth disease, respiratory disturbances, tumurous disease, incontinency, serious inflamed disease, tuberculosis, theombosis, varicose veins, infectious disease, infectious skin-disease, hyperthyroidism, epilepsy, arrhythemia, disease accompanied by temperature and untreated high blood pressure. Before using sauna ask for your GP’s opinion. Children under 14 can use the sauna with parental supervision.
The recommended longest uninterrupted time to spend in the sauna is about 8-12 minutes, maximum 15 minutes for a healthy person.
Wearing slippers or any other type of shoes in the sauna cabin is forbidden. Wearing slippers in the steam cabin is recommended. Taking pets into the are of the spa is forbidden. The hotel does not take the responsibility of any injury caused by the fault of guest or the improper use of the facilities.
Please, inform the staff in any case of unusual event – injury, indisposition, fire, presence or dangerous object or tool – and measures will be taken immediately according to the instructions. During the opening hours of the wellness area first aid can be asked at the wellness reception.
Please, leave the lost properties at the wellness reception.
The person, who damages the furniture intentionally, approproiate it or pollute the water of the pool, can be obliged to pay compensation for damage, started legal proceedings against him and can be sent off the wellness area.
Guests can make a complaint or praise the operation of the spa in the complains book or visitors’ book placed at the reception.
The opreator is entitled to arrange private programmes in the wellness area without letting the guests enter. Drinks can be taken to the are of the pool only in thight-fitting plastic bottles therefore taking any other drinks or device is strictly forbidden.
Our guests have to leave the wellness area in the time regarding to the closing time.
Please, at the reception inform us about the possible problems, failures in order ro be repaired (blockage, vast pollution).
Keeping order of the Rules of the Wellness Oasis is required to all guests staying in the spa.

2. For hygienic reasons and in order to prevent accidents, it is obligatory to wear socks in the playroom and you are not allowed to enter it without taking off your shoes. Please, put your shoes in the shoe cabinet in the corridor.
3. Children under three may only stay in the playroom under parental supervision; we cannot take responsibility for them. Children over 3 may only stay here if the parents give their written permission.
4. We exclusively provide childcare for children over 3. If you would like to leave your child here, please inform our colleagues of it in each case.
5. When buying an entrance ticket, each visitor gets an armband, which is valid for that specific day and its wearer may leave and enter the playroom several times. It cannot be transferred to other persons.
6. Glasses, necklaces, hairgrips and other objects that may cause injuries must be taken off. Long hair must always be tied back.
7. We cannot take responsibility for your valuables, jewelleries and other personal properties. Please use the locker cabinets placed in the corridor, you can ask the childminders for the keys.
8. Please, make sure that your children are healthy and may be taken into community.
9. We kindly ask our guests to take care of the soundness of each other and that of the toys.
10. It is dangerous and strictly forbidden to jump off the bouncing castle, to climb backwards on it, to take toys on it, or to go down the slide upside down.
11. Adults are not allowed to go on the bouncing caste!
12. You may only go down the slide sitting down (it is dangerous to jump off)! You are not allowed to climb back to the slide!
13. No toys may be taken into the labyrinth or on the bouncing castle.
14. In the ball pools, children may only play with the balls inside the pools.
15. Visitors may only use the toys on their own responsibility; toys cannot be taken out of the playroom. For any damages to the toys due to improper use, the person causing the damage should be liable and he/she shall be obliged to compensate for the damage.
16. Non-compliance with the rules, as well as unaccepted behaviour (fighting, wilful misconduct, the non-compliance with the rules of the playroom, endangering others) shall result in locking out of the game immediately and banishment from the playroom. For any accidents resulting from this, the parents shall be liable.
17. Our qualified animators will help you use the toys properly. If you have any questions or
problems, do not hesitate to ask our animators and keep their instructions.
18. By entering the playroom and signing the rules of it, each visitor gives his/her consent that the photos and videos taken of him/her can be used for promotional purposes by the Hotel. They cannot make any complaints or claims subsequently.
19. We would like to draw the parents’ and children’s attention to the fact that for hygienic reasons, it is obligatory to wear socks in the playroom!
