ACCESSIBILITY
Our hotel is approached by also disabled guests, all of our floors are reached by elevators. But in the Wellness Area, the saunas are not reachable by disabled guests.
AIR CONDITIONING
The room is connected to air-mounted panel on and off. The cooling-heating system in each room individually adjustable air conditioning. The adjusted set temperature is + 22.5 degrees Celsius, which can be adjusted +/- 3 degrees Celsius. If the air conditioner operates, please keep the doors and windows closed, otherwise the air conditioner is not running.
ALLERGEN-FREE MEALS

Electricity is 220V / 50Hz. The key card can help you to start electrical equipment room door and open it. The key-card card reader is placed near the door. When the card is in the reader, the light at the entrance is steady. If you lose your card during your stay, please immediately inform the reception about it! In case of a power failure or malfunction you can receive a new card at the reception!
ELEVATOR
The hotel has three guest elevators, two of which are located to the left of the reception and runs between the ground floor (0 F) and the floors (0- HIGH GROUND FLOOR, 1- FIRST FLOOR, 2- SECOND FLOOR, 2 F - SECOND FLOOR ACCESSIBLE, 3- THIRD FLOOR). Coming from the main entrance, it can be reached without stairs by passing between the two display cases. The third elevator only runs between the underground garage and the ground floor. They are maintained according to regulations.

KEY CARD, BRACELET
Our guests can enter our wellness center with the key card or the bracelet. Only these cards or bracelets are to open the door. Our Momó Castle playground is built on a rubber surface, with castle towers and various toys (slides, nesting swings, climbing frames) for children.

Our Snail Gardenplayhouse is located on the 2nd floor where skilled animators take care of the little ones. If there are children under 3 years of age they can use the playhouse only with parental supervise.
